How long does shipping take?
Orders ship free within 1–2 business days and arrive in 5–10 business days with tracking. Every order is tracked from our door to yours.
Are candle warmer lamps safe?
Yes — that's the whole point. There's no open flame, no soot and no smoke. The lamp gently warms the candle from above, melting the wax so it releases fragrance. Safe around kids, pets and curtains (though we still recommend the usual common sense).
Do the LED candles look real?
They're made with real wax shells and a flickering LED flame. From more than a couple of feet away, guests genuinely can't tell the difference.
What is your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. If you don't love the glow, email us and we'll make it right — refund or replacement, your choice.
How do I pay?
Securely by card through Stripe, the same payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never see or store your card number.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap.
